Office Hours
Marion Heart Associates and Marion Internal Medicine Associates’ regular office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Marion Heart Associates and Internal Medicine, and they will contact us.

After Hours Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call the office you visited. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

Prescription Request
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Marion Heart Associates and Marion Internal Medicine Associates are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. You can request a refill online or by calling the office you visited. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
